Capital Radio Company manufactures largest range of SHEET METAL baskets in INDIA. Baskets being the structural base of a speaker driver need a lot of attention during its manufacturing. Thickness of sheet, softness of material is few of the things which are needed to be considered in basket manufacturing. We manufacture these baskets on automatic spinning machines giving them extra mechanical strength through work hardening which cannot be achieved by conventional stamping process.
We make all sizes of steel baskets used in PA and Pro Audio industry. Baskets diameter varies between 8 inches to 18 inches. In between there are 10, 12 and 15 inches. Quantities being reasonable we take orders to customer’s specifications also.
All our Sheet Metal baskets are powder coated mainly in black mat finish. We use blue, cherry, grey colours, occasionally. Baskets are also available in unpainted form if desired so.
